The Second Mount Zion Baptist Church Retention Ministry is an outreach ministry which exist to ensure that the body of Christ is strengthened through the addition and retaining of new and reinstated members.  Through the use of love, care and attentiveness and relationship, the ministry seeks to lock the revolving back door, in order to keep new and reinstated members in the church and to help them grow from membership to discipleship.
